My brother from another mother Adam Lane Smith is back, and he brought Hell on Earth with him. Thankfully, postapocalytpic knight Gideon Ira is there to send the demons packing to their father below!
Gothic horror: Power armor and candlelight
When you enter Castle Bloodghast, you feel it seething.
This ancient castle is the grave of many a hero. When a fearful angel appears to him in a vision, Gideon is charged to enter the cursed fortress in search of his childhood friend. But demons are the least of the denizens lurking in the heart of the castle. Gideon must battle the fruits of the most depraved genius as he struggles to reach his old comrade.
Abominations lurk in every shadow, and the worst atrocities are those committed by bloody human hands. Will Gideon put the corrupted experiments to the torch as they rampage out of control? Will he find a way to escape the curse and free his friend? Or will he break under the unrelenting horror at the heart of the fortress?
Enter Castle Bloodghast, where even angels fear to tread.
As he did for the first three Deus Vult Wastelanders books, Adam has engaged my services to edit this fourth blood-and-thunder installment. But since the book funded within the first five hours(!) my fee is already secured, so everything from this point on is gravy for Adam and his family.
Not only did Adam beat my prior time-to-full-funding record set by the Combat Frame XSeed: S campaign, he did it with a higher initial goal!
That’s a good start, but we are, after all, just getting started.
I want Castle Bloodghast to not only beat the total funding record set by Combat Frame XSeed: S, I want Adam’s latest campaign to completely trounce mine.
None of our novel projects have cracked the coveted 5-figure mark yet, though we’ve come tantalizingly close. Let’s get Adam to $10K and smash through that ceiling!
